Moderation
When hosting a group discussion, training or counseling session it can be necessary to filter responses before they enter the chat room. With ChatBlazer's Enterprise Package, users can be designated the role of moderator to filter and manage a moderated room or the role of a speaker to act as the primary speaker in the room. By using the Moderator and Speaker role, communication is filtered by selecting which responses will be shown in the chat room or responded to by the Speaker.
Speed Up Communication
Some chat rooms can have very quick discussions or have user coming in and out of the room during the event. The Sticky Message feature lets you post an important messages to the top of the moderated chat room so they can be viewed at all times. Customizable, predefined responses for Speakers, Moderators and Monitors help speed up communication and reduce time spent on redundant responses in the chat room.
Chat Wide Messaging & Advertising
A captive audience is hard to come by and taking advantage of the moment can help deliver a stronger message or be revenue generating. The Enterprise Server package offers customizable banners on the user interface that allow flexibility in advertising or messaging. These banners have adjustable rotating/scrolling features as well as custom sizes and positioning. Another mass messaging option is the Room Slideshow feature, which slides customizable messages, pictures, or ads into a chat room at specific times.
Granular Settings
Chats with different membership levels or businesses with specific departments can grant distinctive access levels at the user or room level, making chat rooms more manageable and increase usability. Access can also be specified at the room level by assigning granular roles for users based on specific rooms or blanket their roles across the chat site.
System Integration
Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) Allows seamless integration in applications and systems, such as relational databases, LDAP, AD, and server side APIs for chat server commands.
Whiteboard
The ChatBlazer whiteboard feature allows multiple users to draw on the same board simultaneously. With a wide range of drawing tools along with the ability to set custom background image, distant learning and online conferencing come alive with this special Enterprise Server Package feature.
Widgets
