Let your chat room user be creative with Font Options and a Handwriting/Pen tool. User can change font size, color, style for the entire chat client or by per user preference. They can also switch from text to pen input and display their own handwriting.

The Server Package comes with a set of per packaged Avatars, Emoticons and Audio files. Chatters can select their avatar in a user preference panel and send emoticons and audio files right from the chat window.

 

It's all about the user

The customizable user preference panel allows users to create profile information (name, email, gender, etc), change font colors, notification settings and ignore list details. A contact list gives users the ability to sort contacts into buddy lists. Pictures are easily uploaded into the chat room from the main interface and users can request a private one to one chat in a tear off window.

 

Usability

Avoid double logins to your site and chat with the direct login features. Users can simply login to your site and it will carry over usernames/passwords for entry into the chat application. All chat room active can be logged for archiving and transcription. Users also have the option to access a quick, clean transcript on the chat interface.

 

Gauge chat room usage with the usage stats tool. See user totals and averages to help determine trends and set best practices. The client and server side flood controls allow configurable flood limits to be set for the client along with control of SPIM and flood hacking programs from the server side.

The Server package allows you to create multiple configurations to the same client. By having different feature sets for specific types of users or specific web pages, your chat rooms become more targeted and beneficial to its visitors. With full access to the skin.fla and language files, the chat rooms have the ultimate flexibility for branding. There are even multiple ways to launch the client: to a separate window/browser, or embed it within your site.

 

Control the room

Keeping visitors longer and making them return is of utmost importance when developing a chat program. Chat room abuse can be kept to a minimum with the room monitoring feature and profanity filter. By creating custom profanity filters, you can keep a check on unwanted language and user names as well as auto-block profanity or kick users. Room Monitoring gives you control from the admin to see chat room activity and open and close rooms.

 

Get your users involved in monitoring the chat rooms with the Vote to Kick Users feature. Users can monitor their own chat room for abuse and vote to remove users from the room.
