Our support staff is available to answer any configuration or support question that may arise during implementation. All patches and upgrades/phase releases will be included in your first year of M&S.
By purchasing a ChatBlazer's M&S plan after the first year, you can continue to receive expert technical support 24/7. There is a yearly fee of 15% of your server license's cost to continue your M&S plan after the first year. As a M&S plan holder you will receive all patches and upgrades/phase releases to your server license version, priority technical support plus a 40% discounts on all new ChatBlazer version releases.
