Configure Your ChatBlazer Server License Purchase

User Limit

Select your Server License user limit based on the maximum number of concurrent users that the ChatBlazer server will support (not per site). Unlimited means no hard coded limits. The actual limit on the number of concurrent users depends on your machine specification, network conditions, and software environment. 

Domain License

Each plan lets you set up your chat server on one Web site. You can set up your chat servers on several different Web sites by purchasing more domain licenses at $500 each.

Plug-Ins

ChatBlazer comes standard with a full feature set that includes file sharing and moderator, but you can customize your order and add additional functionality, wireless chat, or chat securely with public IM networks.

Connect to Public IM Networks --  $375
Connect to public instant messaging networks like AIM, ICQ, Messenger, and Yahoo.  Pricing is based on the user limit plan you selected in the previous step.

When you sign up for the Public IM Plug-in, you will automatically be signed up for the Maintenance and Support plan. This ensures that your public IM networks are properly maintained and kept up-to-date. The Maintenance and Support fee will be an additional 15% of the user license selected and offers you additional discount benefits for an entire 12 months.

Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) -- $800
Easily integrate ChatBlazer with the most complex and advanced enterprise or legacy systems. Instantly connect ChatBlazer to your LDAP server, existing relational databases, create server side API scripts to manage ChatBlazer functionality, and more. For a one time fee, experience additional functionality and customization with the EAI Plug-in.

 

Maintenance and Support

Include Maintenance and Support plan (15% of license cost)

Your server license automatically entitles you to lifetime technical support for free. BUT IT EXCLUDES ANY FREE VERSION UPGRADES.

By signing up for our Maintenance and Support plan, you will get minor version upgrades for free and upgrades to major versions at a larger discount than customers who are not subscribed to the plan. You will be covered by this plan for a full 12 months and costs 15% of your ChatBlazer server license total.

In addition to the electronic download that you will receive today, we can also send additional copies of the software to you on CD for an additional $5 each. The software delivery includes a comprehensive, printable version of the user manual in Adobe PDF.

Additional Copies ($5 each)
