Maintenance Announcements For Customers
We have upgraded our datacenter facilities to better accomodate increasing demands for our services. Customers should experience lower latency times and slightly overall better performance.
For existing server customers on a valid Maintenance and Support plan, upgrade to the new ChatBlazer X will cost 50% of the listed price. Server customers without a valid Maintenance and Support plan will have to pay full price for the upgrade. All upgrades will come with one year of free Maintenance and Support. Please contact sales (firstname.lastname@example.org) for your upgrade. All customers on ChatBlazer Hosting receive automatic upgrade to ChatBlazer X at no additional charge. Hosting customers who wish to upgrade to ChatBlazer X can send an email to email@example.com.
Integration with Social Engine is now available. Do check with our support team for more information.
Hosting member sign up is no longer enabled by default for hosting account customer. This is only enabled upon customers' requests to protect our customers from unwanted users signing up. Send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org using your registered account email to enable the sign up form.
Youtube Compatibility Support
Youtube is no longer embedded within ChatBlazer chat interface due to technical restriction with Flash. Youtube videos will now open in a popup window on your web browser. For users that have blocked popups, popups permission must be granted.
The holding mic function in a moderated chat session will no longer restrict users from sending text messages. It will only determine if the user has the permission to start an audio stream in the moderated chat.
Corrected the skin file which causes the task bar not to perform as expected. If you have any issue with the task bar, please contact email@example.com for an updated skin file.
