ChatBlazer AV is an extension of ChatBlazer that brings Flash chat to life with support for audio and video chat within the same client. ChatBlazer AV consists of the same feature set and components as the text-only ChatBlazer version with audio/video chat included. In addition to the benefits of the text-only ChatBlazer, ChatBlazer AV lets users engage in true team collaboration, broadcasts, or one-on-one conversations--a popular choice for company announcements, singles chat, telecommuting, and other applications. Put your Web cams to work and see high quality images of your buddies in a new and improved interface layout, with easy to use play/stop bottons and multiple chat windows. Users just select a buddy to chat with and initiate a normal voice conversation in hands free mode. Audio is sent via real-time packet streaming, eliminating bothersome sound delays. Users can even turn the streaming video picture or audio on and off.
Phase Two of ChatBlazer 8, due to release in October 2008, will bring further advancements in audio video features, including user recognitions features, audio video stream sharing and file library, Wowza server support and a pay per usage feature.
