Enterprise Application Integration

The Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) Plug-in makes it easy to integrate ChatBlazer with any of your corporate applications and systems, including relational databases such as MySQL and Oracle. It allows for connections between disparate databases within a single or multiple machine architecture. Customers looking to run chat on their LAN or intranet can also use the EAI Plug-in to instantly connect ChatBlazer to their LDAP server. In addition, the software provides direct integration with employee or member databases or LDAP software for optimum access protection.

There's no need for any Web scripts to act as middleware. The ChatBlazer Server can perform SQL update/query commands on the database directly and can map to the existing database schema. Instead of manually configuring chat sessions, customers use server side APIs to execute chat server commands (ex: create a room, set room properties, etc.) through Web-based scripts or published SOAP interfaces.

The result: Customers gain lower maintenance costs and avoid the hassle of traditional chat maintenance like copying data from existing databases to ChatBlazer.
